Forces at Gate Precast Company’s factory locations are installing Skyline Windows’ Series 1200 Geze crank tilt & turn windows into 260 Kent, a new construction residential tower. Our windows have custom frames equipped with integral slots for anchor clips to ease installation.

Skyline Windows designed a custom sheetrock receiver into the window frame to speed interior finishes in the field once precast is hung.

In addition, Skyline Windows is providing 90° fixed corner windows to the site that achieve a glass to glass zero sightline appearance from both the interior and exterior.

260 Kent is designed by COOKFOX Architects & constructed by Two Trees Manage Co.
