Skyline was selected to replace the original double hung windows throughout this upper east side luxury condo with our series 97 outswing casements, featuring melron art deco multilock harware in a natural nickel finish.
as part of the process, we secured all necessary approvals from the nyc landmarks preservation commission. additionally, we supplied series 1700 terrace doors and fire-rated windows for the building-wide replacement.
